We handle the "LHe cooling device for electron microscopes" developed for cathodoluminescence (CL). This device applies the technology of a continuous flow liquid helium cryostat. Since electron microscopes are sensitive to vibrations, we use thin stainless steel pipes for the supply and return lines of helium to eliminate external vibrations. We propose a server cooling method using nanomist that does not coalesce, resulting in no water droplets even when sprayed continuously. The nanomist is sprayed directly near the CPU, and its heat of vaporization rapidly lowers the CPU temperature. It does not adversely affect the motherboard, CPU, or other components, preventing shorts or shutdowns.
