Food Rapid Cooling Device [Cool Down System] Quickly cools food with liquid nitrogen!

This is for cooling down food! You can remove excess heat online. It’s a continuous freezer, so it can handle large quantities. It's also effective in alleviating labor shortages.

Using the cold heat of liquid nitrogen and liquid carbon dioxide, we remove the residual heat from food! In Europe, where food quality is particularly emphasized, there are numerous successful implementations. Currently, in Japan, there are many batch processing devices used for removing residual heat. For example, there are vacuum cooling devices. While these devices have good cooling performance, the batch processing requires time for loading and unloading from the storage racks. Additionally, in the case of electric freezers, frost accumulates on the heat exchangers during cooling, leading to a decrease in cooling capacity over time. Therefore, we propose the use of liquid nitrogen freezers. The advantage is that it can process on the production line, allowing for residual heat removal without manual intervention. The internal temperature can be set from room temperature to minus 120°C, making it suitable for various ingredients. Furthermore, while frost accumulates in electric freezers and reduces cooling capacity, in the case of liquid nitrogen freezers, the frost is expelled outside the freezer along with the exhaust nitrogen, so the cooling capacity does not decrease even after prolonged use.

Since its establishment 70 years ago, Stirling Cryogenics (Netherlands) has been engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sales of ultra-low temperature cooling devices (for applications such as re-liquefaction). The company produces ultra-low temperatures ranging from -40°C to -253°C through a range of products utilizing the reverse Stirling cycle. These devices can also be used for the re-liquefaction of BOG (boil-off gas) generated in ships and plants using LNG/ammonia/hydrogen fuel, as well as for BOG suppression systems and the liquefaction of CO2/O2/biogas.
