We are installing an external encoder to measure the cutting length for the workpiece that is flowing. The servo motor starts synchronously with the cutting length match, and the cutter emerges during synchronization. At the cutter's end position, the cutter is retracted, and the servo motor decelerates and stops using the retract sensor. After confirming the stop, the system moves back to the origin while controlling position/velocity to ensure it is ready for the next cutting length. We are achieving endless control of the prying shear. Normally, it operates from the zero point position to the end position (variable), but if a constant discharge position for the workpiece is desired, the discharge position may be set to the origin position, with a variable start position. The UCK-MF200 ultra-hard circular saw cutting machine efficiently cuts large quantities of aluminum profiles with its powerful motor and large-diameter saw blade. ■Features - Continuous cutting is possible with simple program input. - Equipped with a fixed vice that accommodates material lengths up to a maximum of 9999mm. - Standard features include a servo-controlled ball screw feeding vice (stroke 500mm). - Can store up to 100 patterns of process program input for different dimensions. - Achieves improved saw blade life through a reliable "lower saw slide cutting" method. - The material feeding vice protects the surface of the workpiece with a profile lifting system. - A wide cutting range allows for cutting various shapes. - Efficient semi-dry lubrication extends the life of the saw blade. ■Other Functions - Automatically stops when cutting is complete.
