We offer "gas cutting," which uses a flame of propane and oxygen, as well as "plasma cutting," which instantly melts the base material by directly blowing plasma-activated oxygen or air onto it. We also provide "laser cutting," where a laser beam emitted from a laser oscillator melts the metal, which is then blown away and decomposed by assist gas. As a company specializing in plastic resin processing, we are quite niche since there are not many companies that can handle this. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, insulation boards are often made from thermosetting materials, and many of the items are relatively easy to process. Rosna boards are high-heat-resistant resins with a fabric-reinforced substrate, but since they are laminated, there can be cases of chipping or delamination due to the material properties, so it is better to avoid complex shapes. We use CADCAM from Mori Seiki for machining, allowing us to create programs and processing conditions with a sense of speed. (If you have 2D data, please provide it.) What is plasma cutting processing?
