The PN-JET dryer "Heat Treatment Device" is a hot air circulation drying and heat treatment device that discharges "high-speed hot air" from multi-row pipe nozzles. It can dry and heat-treat flat-shaped boards, films, sheets, etc., while the workpieces are transported on a conveyor. The wind speed discharged from the nozzles is uniform, making it difficult to produce drying unevenness, and the inside of the device is maintained at a slight negative pressure, resulting in high thermal efficiency. The heat source can accommodate gas and kerosene burners, as well as heat exchange heaters such as steam, oil, and electric heaters, and when used as a cooling device, chillers can also be utilized. The painting dryer allows for variable control by section and zone to match the wind speed and temperature load to the drying condition of the paint film. We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of the vacuum dehydration drying device "G1000 type" to a metal materials processing manufacturer. Due to the disposal of 20,000 liters per day of water-soluble rolling oil wastewater, the disposal costs were a significant burden. We would like to introduce a case where a vacuum dehydration drying device "G150 type (safety explosion-proof)" was introduced to a food product raw material processing manufacturer. Previously, the used cleaning alcohol aqueous solution (35%) was disposed of as industrial waste in its entirety. We achieved regeneration and reuse through distillation and concentration adjustment.
