Inorganic hardening agent Rigidizer

It is used to strengthen the surface of high-temperature insulating wool products with a liquid inorganic hardener that disperses ultra-fine particles of anhydrous silica in water.

The strength appears by spraying or dipping this product and then drying and heating it. ■Usage Instructions To cure the inner lining surface of high-temperature insulating wool, first dilute the rigidizer concentrate with clean water to about twice its original concentration. Next, using a hydraulic spray with a pressure of 1-2 kg/cm² (pressure tank type or pump type), uniformly spray the diluted liquid at a rate of 2 liters per square meter. Smooth the sprayed surface with a wooden trowel or roller. After leaving it for at least 8 hours, drying or heating will yield a good curing surface. Please note that if the concentrate is sprayed directly, a thin curing film will form on the surface of the blanket, which can easily peel off and will not achieve the intended purpose. Additionally, this product is not toxic, but it can adhere to the skin and is not easily removed, so please use thin rubber gloves. If it accidentally comes into contact with the skin, wash it immediately with water or warm water.

Structural estimation of the curing agent component of a two-component epoxy resin.

Two-component epoxy resin cures by mixing the base agent and the hardener. Unlike one-component systems, it has the advantage of curing without the need for heating, making it widely used as adhesives, paints, and resins. In its qualitative analysis, the cured resin, which is insoluble in solvents, can primarily be evaluated for the base agent using thermal decomposition GC/MS. On the other hand, for the evaluation of the hardener, it may be necessary to measure it in its pre-cured state depending on the type. This document presents a case where a polymercaptan hardener was measured in its pre-cured solution state, and structural estimation was conducted using a combination of ionization methods (EI and FI methods).

Pava Pole Fabric Hardener

Improving painful handles, blocking static electricity, protecting rubbing fabric for comfort. A fabric hardener with ingredients that are gentle on people and the environment. Safe even when exposed to harsh weather conditions.

As a fabric hardener, it is non-volatile, non-toxic, can be handled with bare hands, and can be used indoors and outdoors after curing. Wrap aluminum around the door handle to shape it, then soak cotton or hemp in the liquid and wrap it around to create a comfortable handle cover of your choice. It does not generate static electricity, and it will not loosen or come off. A plain trash can can be transformed by soaking fabric in the liquid and adding a drape, finishing it in a chic color that matches the room's color scheme or theme. There is also a method to shape it using aluminum wire, aluminum foil, rubber balloons, or vinyl until it dries. Colors can be dyed with pigments or a little acrylic paint, and painting is also possible. Ribbons and strings will no longer get caught, and it becomes resistant to water, humidity, and friction. When applied thinly, it dries in 3-5 minutes, and after curing, it becomes weather-resistant. The surface is hard, and even cotton fabric with a thickness of 3mm is difficult to bend by hand. Available colors include white (almost transparent), bronze, gray, skin color, and black. It can also be colored with acrylics or similar materials on top.
