Characteristics of far infrared rays

Efficient direct heating through radiative heat transfer with wavelengths from 3μm to 1000μm.

Far infrared rays have the characteristic of directly heating objects by utilizing radiative heat transfer. Infrared rays are a type of electromagnetic wave, like radio waves and visible light, and are invisible electromagnetic waves with longer wavelengths than visible light. The range of infrared wavelengths is from 0.8μm to 1,000μm, and the range with wavelengths longer than 3μm is called far infrared. Heating of objects by far infrared means that the absorption of far infrared rays causes the molecules that make up the object to vibrate. Many objects around us (such as polymers like plastics, rubber, paints, fibers, and food) have absorption bands in the wavelength range of 2.5μm to 30μm, allowing far infrared to efficiently heat them. 【Characteristics of Far Infrared】 ■ Efficient heating through direct heating ■ Increased productivity by reducing heating time ■ Uniform heating of the entire object, preventing uneven heating due to color variations, thus enhancing the quality of the heated items ■ High controllability, allowing for precise distribution in flat areas, variations in height, and time accuracy ■ No exhaust gases, dust, or dirt generated, making it a clean and safe heating source *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Heating and cooling system

If you have any experience with making hot and cold separately, please feel free to consult with us!

We would like to introduce our "Heating and Cooling System" that we handle. When heating processes and heaters (the "warm") and cooling processes and air conditioning (the "cool") are produced separately, it incurs costs for each, and it is difficult to install a simultaneous heating and cooling system on-site. Our company addresses challenges such as "it is not possible to operate only on the 'warm' or only on the 'cool'" and "it is difficult to balance hot water and cold water." If you are interested, please feel free to contact us. 【Challenges We Can Solve】 ■ It is not possible to operate only on the 'warm' or only on the 'cool.' ■ It is difficult to balance hot water and cold water. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Efficiently solves "heating, drying, and sterilization" with microwave heating.

As a new heating process, why not challenge yourself with dielectric heating's "microwave heating"?

As a new heating process, how about "microwave heating"? It has a wide range of applications, including "heating," "drying," and "sterilization and disinfection treatment," and we can propose equipment types tailored to your processing needs. Microwave heating allows for high-efficiency heating in a short time by heating from within the material, and it is used for heating hollow fiber membranes used in dialysis treatment, as well as other medical products, resins, and fibers. Since there is no need to heat the surrounding air, energy efficiency can also be improved. It can be used in conjunction with other heat sources (such as hot air or steam). Additionally, there are methods to increase heating efficiency by reducing pressure within the furnace according to the situation. We will propose the optimal equipment type from various types of microwave heating devices.

Reduction of labor through induction heating and lowering of running costs.

We solve various challenges in the heat treatment process with high-frequency induction heating.

Induction heating can efficiently heat only the desired parts, significantly reducing energy waste and increasing thermal efficiency. Additionally, there is no need for preheating, allowing for immediate heating when needed, which also minimizes energy consumption during standby. Since the components themselves generate heat through non-contact heating, there is less wear on the equipment, leading to reduced maintenance costs. In this way, induction heating has the effect of significantly lowering the overall running costs of the production process through improvements in energy efficiency, production efficiency, and maintainability. By automating the heating process, it can greatly reduce the labor required for traditionally manual processes, contributing to cost reduction from the perspective of labor savings. Thus, the introduction of induction heating promotes the automation and labor-saving of production processes, achieving both labor cost reduction and productivity improvement.

[Induction Heating Application Cases by Industry] Bolt (Screw) Manufacturing

Introducing examples of high-frequency induction heating applications in screw manufacturing for efficient and precise necessary heating.

Here are some examples of the application of induction heating in the manufacturing of fasteners (bolts, screws, rivets, etc.). In the production of industrial fasteners, processes such as heading and threading often utilize heated forming. Traditionally, heating was done using gas furnaces or flames, which were inefficient in terms of time and energy, and there was variability in precision due to the skill level of the operators. By using induction heating equipment, the necessary heating can be provided efficiently, accurately, and with maximum reproducibility. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Induction Heating Application Cases by Industry: Aluminum Processing

High reproducibility! Introducing examples of high-frequency induction heating applied to aluminum brazing.

We will introduce examples of the application of induction heating in aluminum brazing. Aluminum is a lightweight and strong material, used in various parts such as piping components and automotive parts. However, due to its high thermal conductivity and low melting point, it has been said that thermal processing is difficult. ■ High thermal conductivity The thermal conductivity is about three times that of iron. When heating only the desired area, heat can also transfer to other areas, causing distortion. ■ Low melting point The melting point of aluminum is 660°C. In brazing, the melting points of commonly used silver brazing and copper brazing are close to this, requiring advanced skills from experienced workers for aluminum brazing. By using induction heating, which excels in temperature control, and brazing materials specifically designed for aluminum brazing, efficient aluminum brazing becomes possible. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
