As a countermeasure against bridging of calcium carbonate, this equipment is being used in various fields, and in this case, it was installed in a relatively small hopper. As a countermeasure for bridging in a small hopper, we received a request from the customer to borrow equipment for testing. Upon reviewing the hopper diagram, we determined that four Brody Disk Minis would be appropriate. However, when the Brody Disk Minis are installed on a flat surface (in this case, it is a corner hopper and installed flat), a high-pitched sound occurs.
