We would like to introduce examples of machining at Yamashiro Manufacturing, which specializes in cutting processes centered around metals such as iron and aluminum. When we received a request to uniformly bend eyeglass frames that were previously bent by hand by craftsmen, we created a mold tailored to the curvature of the glasses and designed an easy-to-attach and detach mechanism, which allowed us to increase efficiency by ten times. Additionally, in response to a request to create a jig for securing the main body of a digital tachograph (driving recorder) for a vehicle's impact testing device, we used high-strength aluminum and took care to design the screws to withstand impacts.
