The Combo Series is an elastic seal multi-channel rotary joint that can be directly connected to Dublin-made slip rings. The rotor (rotating shaft) of the rotary joint is equipped with a connection surface where a slip ring can be mounted and a hollow hole for passing cables. Additionally, the number of channels in the rotary joint can be selected from 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 channels. <Features> - The elastic seal used in the rotary joint, which is a combination of plastic and rubber, offers superior heat resistance and pressure resistance compared to conventional rubber products. - It features a stainless steel rotor and a black-treated carbon steel body. - The connection port diameter for hydraulic applications can be selected from 1/4”, 3/4”, or 1/2”. - The connectable slip rings can propose up to 99 poles for communication, signals, and power in an integrated form. We would like to introduce our company's semiconductor wafer process, "Ingot Refining." The semiconductor manufacturing process begins with a crucible of molten silicon heated to 1420°C. The Dubrin rotating union cools the puller rod, which rotates in the opposite direction of the crucible.
