Combo Series: Air, Inert Gas, Hydraulic Oil

Can we supply electricity, air, and hydraulic pressure to the rotating body simultaneously? We will respond to that request!

The Combo Series is an elastic seal multi-channel rotary joint that can be directly connected to Dublin-made slip rings. The rotor (rotating shaft) of the rotary joint is equipped with a connection surface where a slip ring can be mounted and a hollow hole for passing cables. Additionally, the number of channels in the rotary joint can be selected from 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 channels. This product allows for the mixing of air, inert gas, and hydraulic pressure within a single rotary joint. <Features> - The elastic seal used in the rotary joint, which is a combination of plastic and rubber, offers superior heat resistance and pressure resistance compared to conventional rubber products. - It features a stainless steel rotor and a carbon steel body. - The connection port diameters for air and hydraulic applications can be selected from 1/4”, 3/4”, or 1/2”. - The connectable slip rings can propose up to 99 poles for communication, signals, and power in an integrated form. For more details, please refer to our SRC, SRD, and SRT type slip ring information.

Wafer Process Ingot Refining

A slight change can have a significant impact on functionality! Precision is crucial in the wafer process.

We would like to introduce our company's semiconductor wafer process, "Ingot Refining." The semiconductor manufacturing process begins with a crucible of molten silicon heated to 1420°C. The Dubrin rotating union cools the puller rod, which rotates in the opposite direction of the crucible. A seed crystal attached to the end of the puller rod is slowly lifted from the molten material, gradually forming an ingot with a diameter of 300mm and a length of 2 meters over time. 【Features】 ■ Manufactured in a crucible of molten silicon heated to 1420°C ■ Cooling of the puller rod that rotates in the opposite direction of the crucible *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Wafers process slice

Diamond-coated wire saw! Even slight changes can have a significant impact on functionality.

We would like to introduce our wafer process "slicing" in semiconductor manufacturing. Cylindrical or rectangular ingots are sliced into uniform wafers using a diamond-coated wire saw. The Dublin rotating union cools the guide rollers to keep the cuts smooth and straight. 【Features】 ■ Slicing into uniform wafers ■ Cooling of guide rollers *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Wafers Process Polishing

Final polishing is done with a mirror finish! It is made using a machine that uses Dublin.

We would like to introduce our wafer process "Polishing" in semiconductor manufacturing. Final polishing removes fine defects remaining on the wafer surface and provides a mirror finish on the surface where the chip will be mounted. The Dublin rotary union controls the pressure and temperature of the polishing process. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 ■ Removes fine defects remaining on the wafer surface ■ Provides a mirror finish on the surface where the chip will be mounted ■ Controls the pressure and temperature of the polishing process *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Circuit Formation: ECD (Electrodeposition)

From mobile phones to programmable thermostats! Quality and reliability you can count on.

We would like to introduce our company's circuit formation "ECD (Electrochemical Deposition)" in semiconductors. "ECD (Electrochemical Deposition)" is a process in which chemical reagents deposit metal atoms onto the wafer surface. The Dublin rotary union holds the wafer in a specified position, while the Dublin electrical slip ring transmits the current and voltage necessary for deposition. [Features] - The Dublin rotary union holds the wafer in a specified position. - The Dublin electrical slip ring transmits the current and voltage necessary for deposition. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Circuit formation CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)

Maintain process stability! Arrange nanometer-thick films of dielectric and metallic materials.

We would like to introduce our semiconductor circuit formation process, "CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)." Chemical vapor deposition involves placing nanometer-thick films of dielectric and metal materials on a wafer. Since this process occurs at very high temperatures (800-2000°C), we maintain the safety of the process by cooling the equipment with a Dubrin rotary union. 【Features】 ■ Placement of nanometer-thick films of dielectric and metal materials on the wafer ■ Maintenance of process safety through equipment cooling with a Dubrin rotary union *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Circuit formation: CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization)

Prepare a uniform and flat wafer surface as a precondition for depositing additional layers!

We would like to introduce our company's circuit formation in semiconductors, specifically "CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization)." Chemical Mechanical Planarization is the preparation for depositing additional layers that will form the circuits of final microprocessors, memory chips, LEDs, and other products. It creates a uniformly flat wafer surface. 【Features】 ■ Creates a uniformly flat wafer surface ■ Preparation for depositing additional layers that will form the circuits of products *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
