Urethane 90° Natural Lining

The urethane is lined by pouring, and then processed using a CNC lathe and other equipment. Coloring does not affect the lining.

It is possible to finish to the specified diameter through urethane casting. We also have production experience with items around φ400 and L=2,000. We can also discuss the material itself, such as high wear-resistant grades.

Urethane rubber, fittings, lining

Urethane can be freely molded by pouring it into a mold. Lining for irregular-shaped fittings will be handled with a dedicated mold.

Urethane rubber has excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength. We will create a custom mold tailored to the fittings and lining positions and proceed with casting. Finishing can be done through cutting, machining, and other secondary processes to shape the product.

Flake lining

Excellent adhesion and maintenance! Prevents the penetration of water vapor, gases, and other factors that cause corrosion.

"Flake lining" is a corrosion protection technology that involves coating a thermosetting liquid resin with excellent corrosion resistance mixed with flake glass particles of a few microns in thickness, applied at a thickness of 0.5 to 3.0 mm. The glass flakes are densely and multilayered to form a stable barrier, preventing the penetration of moisture, gases, and other factors that cause corrosion. We offer both heavy-duty and thick coating types as well as light-duty and thin coating types. **Benefits of Flake Lining** - On-site workability - Excellent adhesion - No curing required - Maintenance-friendly *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[Information] Chemical Resistance of Rubber Lining

Evaluation based on chemical resistance tests and years of adoption history! Introduction to chemical resistance in the materials.

In this document, you can find information about the chemical resistance of rubber lining. It includes a variety of chemicals such as inorganic acids like hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, hydrogen sulfide, and inorganic alkalis like caustic soda and caustic potash. The chemical resistance is evaluated based on chemical resistance tests and years of adoption records; however, when selecting the actual lining material, we consider the operating conditions and shapes of the equipment. We kindly ask that you consult with us in advance when making your selection. 【Contents (Excerpt)】 ■ Inorganic Acids - Sulfuric Acid - Hydrochloric Acid - Hydrogen Sulfide ■ Inorganic Alkalis - Caustic Soda - Caustic Potash - Ammonium Hydroxide *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Dainichi Anti-Corrosion Co., Ltd.

Continuing to challenge for 60 years.

In various industries, devices (such as tanks, piping, valves, inner surfaces of equipment covers, etc.) are coated with uncured rubber sheets using rubber adhesive (glue) and then subjected to pressure vulcanization using a heat source like steam in a pressure vessel called a vulcanization can. The vulcanized rubber that has been bonded can protect the equipment, allowing it to maintain its performance for a longer time, even when exposed to chemicals, gases, or abrasive particles, by adhering rubber that suits each specific characteristic. Lining refers to the concept of "backing" or "overlaying," and the above content is collectively referred to as "rubber lining." The essential materials for this lining are the base materials, which include tanks and piping. After fabricating the base materials, we perform the lining work and can also handle installation if requested, so please consult with us. Additionally, we also undertake special linings such as polyurea resin.

Fluororesin sheet lining processing made of PFA, PTFE, and modified PTFE.

Presenting explanatory materials on fluororesin lining! For improving corrosion resistance in metal piping, chemical piping, storage tanks, and reaction tanks!

In fluororesin sheet lining processing, there are two methods: "adhesive lining," where sheets made of PTFE or PFA are processed to allow one side to be bonded using a special method and then adhered to the substrate with adhesive, and "loose lining," a processing method like lining pipes where the liner is not bonded to the substrate. Sheet lining can process thicker linings compared to many other fluororesin lining methods. This results in excellent corrosion resistance among various fluororesin linings. On the other hand, the adhesion strength with the substrate depends on the adhesive's bonding power, so it generally does not accommodate use in negative pressure environments. Negative pressure applications can be addressed with other methods such as baked lining or roto-lining. *You can download a document summarizing the details of the lining. Please make use of it. *For more information, please click on "PDF Download" or feel free to contact us.
