Recent research has revealed that the conventional standard for brightness, "lux," is not directly related to human visual capability. Instead, a concept called "pupil lumen," which takes into account the state of a person's pupil, has begun to emerge as a new standard for lighting in places like Europe and the United States. The diameter of the human pupil varies between 2-8 mm; in bright environments, the pupil constricts to reduce the amount of light entering the eye, while in darker environments, the pupil dilates, allowing more light in. As a result, there can be a phenomenon where the perceived brightness is greater than the value indicated by a lux meter. It provides information on resin reactions that cannot be obtained using conventional lab-scale thermal analysis devices (such as DSC, DMA, and rheometers). By conducting high-sensitivity dielectric analysis (DEA) online and in real-time during the reaction processes of various liquid resins, FRP/CFRP composites, and molding materials, it analyzes material flow, viscosity changes, gelation, degree of curing and crosslinking progress, and reaction termination, thereby offering the development of more appropriate molding conditions and quality control tests for materials. The sensors can be permanently mounted in molds and used in actual processes such as pressing, RTM (VaRTM) molding, and autoclaving for curing and reaction analysis. Compact and cost-effective models (LT-451, LTF-631, LT-439) are available to accommodate fast reactions in just a few seconds as well as long-duration reactions. Additionally, multiple sensors (1ch to 8ch) can be used simultaneously for effective evaluation of molding properties and curing behavior at multiple points. We accept measurements of liquid viscosity. A small sample volume is sufficient, with only 2ml required.

We accept liquid viscosity measurements using the Cambridge Viscosity Lab 4000 laboratory viscometer. The service fee starts at 50,000 yen for 1 sample/1 temperature. For samples of the same type, we will first conduct a preliminary assessment to determine the feasibility of measurement with one point. Please check with the person in charge regarding the cost of the preliminary assessment. ★ A sample volume of just 2ml is sufficient, and we offer four viscosity ranges: 0.5-10 cP, 5-10 cP, 50-1,000 cP, and 500-10,000 cP, with temperature settings available for specified values between 10℃ and 80℃. ★ The measurement data for the sample liquid will include the raw measurement data, a calibration inspection report for the viscometer, a calibration standard liquid inspection report, and a traceability diagram for the calibration standard liquid. ★ If there are multiple sample concentrations or requests for multi-point temperature measurements, we will accept them at the respective rates. ★ Regarding delivery time, we typically accept orders within one week after receiving the request.
