Voltammetry techniques conducted on non-denatured scTRACE Gold electrodes can be used to measure selenium concentrations as low as 0.5 μg/L. These lower limits can be further reduced by increasing the deposition time. The linear range at a deposition time of 30 seconds ends at approximately 100 μg/L.
