The RPR-4000 ultrasonic physical property measurement device, manufactured by RITEC, supports ultrasonic nonlinear research with a high-performance, high-output ultrasonic pulser-receiver designed to minimize nonlinear components in the transmitted waveform. The sine wave tone burst pulser used by RITEC supplies low-distortion, high-output signals to the sensor that cannot be obtained with square wave pulsers. The standard 8KW sine wave tone burst pulser can sufficiently drive electromagnetic ultrasonic transducers (EMAT). Additionally, the 100dB low-noise receiver amplifies weak ultrasonic signals received by the EMAT to the necessary level with low distortion. RITEC's high-power products come standard with an automatic shutdown feature, which protects the transmission unit from failures of the transducer or short circuits in the wiring. The front panel display and keypad eliminate the need for an external control computer (though it can also be controlled from an external computer via RS-232 interface). Fiber optics with expanding demand in a wide range of industrial fields. A high-performance portable OTDR suitable for communication transmission paths, fiber evaluation for sensors, and post-installation testing!

The portable OTDR (LOR-200, 220) from Swiss company Luciol Instruments boasts high resolution and a high dynamic range, utilizing a photon counting detection method. It is used for testing and troubleshooting PON lines, as well as optical device assembly tests, and has recently been adopted as a standard in fields outside of telecommunications, such as oil and gas drilling facilities and maintenance and troubleshooting of in-flight fiber optic harnesses at Airbus. The A4-sized housing panel features a 10.4" color TFT display and various operation switches, making it user-friendly with an embedded PC and analysis software. (Measurement data can be saved to compact flash memory.) Compared to existing OTDR products, it excels in sensitivity, resolution, and dynamic range characteristics, achieving a separation/event dead zone of 10cm or 20cm and an attenuation dead zone of 40cm or 50cm (the former for LCR-220 and the latter for LCR-200). Power can be supplied via AC/DC or an internal battery, allowing for use both indoors and outdoors. Additionally, optional features such as an optical power meter and a microscope function for checking fiber end faces can be added.

Video-based eye movement measurement device "VisualEyes515"

Video-based nystagmus measurement device with reduced introduction costs.

VisualEyes515 is a system that allows for low-cost balance function testing (nystagmus testing). When goggles equipped with a CCD camera are worn by the subject, the center position of the pupil is automatically detected, allowing the test to begin immediately. There is no need to apply electrodes or perform calibration as with traditional electro-nystagmography (ENG), significantly reducing the preparation time before testing. The design allows for the templating of test items and content, which simplifies the operation. By attaching an external monitor (optional) to a dedicated PC, it is possible to enlarge and display both the eye movement video and the testing scene, making it convenient to visually observe the nystagmus. At the end of the test, the direction of the nystagmus and the slow phase velocity are calculated, and in temperature nystagmus testing, CP, DP, and VS values are also graphically displayed at the end of the test. If any abnormalities are observed in the test results, marks will be indicated on the graph, making it very useful during diagnosis.
