Driftless / OKNG judgment function / Communication function / Sensitivity correction function between search coils / High-performance high-speed flux meter specialized for production lines
A flux meter is a measuring instrument that uses a dedicated search coil to measure the amount of magnetic flux emitted by a magnet. Due to its ability to measure the magnetization level of magnets, it is used for OK/NG judgment in production lines.
The IMF-450 adopts a high-speed measurement specification using the VF integration method, allowing the measured values to stabilize very quickly after measurement, thus not burdening the production cycle. Additionally, it features a drift-free design, eliminating the need for adjustment work after startup, reducing the workload on operators and enabling stable measurements. By setting comparative values, it can automatically perform OK/NG judgment on the measured values, making it suitable for incorporation into many production processes.
With the communication function, it is also possible to output values to a PC or similar device after each measurement, allowing for easy external control.
All displays are conducted via a TFT LCD touch panel, offering excellent visibility and operability. The language can be switched between Japanese, Chinese, and English, making it suitable for use in overseas production without any issues.
It is equipped with a numerical correction function to compensate for errors caused by sensitivity differences between multiple search coils when using the same search coil, effectively contributing to a rigorous management system.
