- The gap between the rotor and stator is at least 40 microns. The mutual grinding effect of particles in the narrow gap between the rotor and stator allows for the production of fine materials below the grinding gap. - Grinding gap adjustment mechanism. The grinding gap can be easily adjusted using the grinding gap adjustment ring. Additionally, the adjustment ring is marked with detailed scales, making process management easy. - Non-contact grinding teeth and media-free. Since it is media-free and the grinding teeth are non-contact, there is zero contamination. - Three types of grinding teeth. Options can be selected according to the application, such as high-shear types or those suitable for fibrous samples. - Easy scale-up. Scaling up from the lab to the actual machine is straightforward. - Sanitary design. With minimal dead space and a simple structure, disassembly and cleaning can be easily performed.
