We would like to introduce a case study of drive pinion processing that we conducted. This is an automotive transmission component, with dimensions of L258×Φ25×Φ77, made from forged material CSM320H. After centering processing, rough cutting of the shaft, cutting of the inner and outer diameters of the cup section, and finishing cutting of the shaft were performed. [Case Study] Improvement of Production Efficiency through High-Speed Conveyance (Gantry Loader)

An example where the improvement in the loader's positioning accuracy led to the prevention of issues such as defects caused by problems with the stopping position.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "TCG Runner." We wanted to improve production efficiency by increasing the transport speed of a gantry loader that uses a rack and pinion on the drive axis. However, we were searching for alternatives because increasing the speed significantly reduced the lifespan of the rack and pinion and also increased noise levels. After implementation, we were able to increase the transport speed while maintaining lifespan and low noise levels. Additionally, wear on the rack and roller pinion was extremely minimal, and even after long-term use, there was no decline in stopping accuracy.
