"Film polishing" can achieve an excellent finish in a short time while minimizing polishing unevenness and the occurrence of scratches. We received a request from an automotive parts manufacturer for processing using a super finisher aimed at improving surface roughness. Before processing, the Ra was 0.8μm, and the required value was below Ra 0.5μm.
