[ZENFormer Case Study] Withdrawal Method Powder Forming
With parallel control, it is possible to mold parts with shapes that generate eccentric loads without any issues!
We would like to introduce a case where the "ZENFormer plus20," a model for powder forming, was used to achieve the shaping of ceramic powders. As the upper punch begins to apply pressure while the lower punch remains fixed, the die is forcibly pulled down to shape the material. In the forming process using the withdrawal method, compared to the single pressing method (where only the upper punch applies pressure), the density difference in the axial direction of the pressure is reduced by half. 【Features of ZENFormer plus20】 ■ Compact design with a unique structure ■ Flexible settings for upper and lower motion ■ Environmentally friendly degreasing pressure and regenerative mechanism *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
