A flat plate beveling machine capable of processing "high-tensile steel" and "wear-resistant steel." By reviewing the movable range of the lower shaft, the upper L-shaped processing has become twice as fast as conventional machines.

The 2021 model change of the flat plate processing machine VXW has transitioned from model 5 to model 7, and it is now possible to incorporate an optional chip conveyor. It can be installed without any pit construction. The processing plate thickness ranges from a minimum of 6mm to a maximum of 80mm. By expanding the movable range of the lower axis from -60 degrees to +35 degrees, simultaneous processing on two axes from 0° to +35° is now possible, allowing for upper L-shaped processing at twice the speed of previous models. To facilitate efficient workpiece setup, a free-bearing table is standard equipment, and the positioning of the material hold-down cylinder piping and rope switches has also been modified. Improvements to the cutting tips and a review of cutting conditions have made it possible to process "high-tensile steel" and "wear-resistant steel." The actual machine can be viewed at our company’s open house from June 30 to July 1, and at the International Welding Show held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 13 to 16.
