The "DMF recovery device" is a product used in the petrochemical industry to extract aromatic compounds from aliphatic hydrocarbons and to separate acetylene and butadiene from fractions as an extraction medium. Industrially, it is used as a solvent for the synthesis and wet spinning of acrylic fibers, as well as in the pharmaceutical and synthetic leather industries. 【Case Study of Distillation Equipment】Solvent Recovery System Using Separation Membrane

A case study of introducing a solvent recovery device that combines distillation and separation membranes!

It is necessary to recover (recycle) the wastewater after solvent replacement as high purity, and we will introduce a case where we implemented distillation equipment that we handle to achieve solvent recovery (after azeotrope). The solution was to introduce equipment that combines distillation and separation membranes. The request was to efficiently recover rare metals from high-concentration rare metal-containing water (valuable materials) without reducing their concentration.
