This document is created primarily based on examples of a detailed estimation method, known as the bottom-up estimation, and the construction of an estimation system for fabricated equipment to assist in such cases. The examples of the estimation system construction in this document include three types related to wastewater treatment plants: "rapid filtration machine," "circular central suspended sludge scraper," and "dewatered cake storage hopper," but the concepts should also be applicable to other types. I hope this serves as an example for the development of estimation systems.
