Therefore, we used a specialized neutral detergent to safely clean everything from the tank to the end of the piping without corroding the internal equipment. We selected a method that was both safe and efficient, ensuring that safety aspects such as ventilation equipment and recovery containers were thoroughly considered during the operation. As a result, we confirmed through an endoscopic investigation that the adhered substances were completely removed, and we were able to safely hand over the equipment to the customer. We received a request for cleaning the drainage pipes of the production system in the clean room from the pharmaceutical factory. Since it is impossible to open the doors to the outside area within the clean room, we laid high-pressure hoses in the ceiling machine room. After removing and bringing in the lighting fixtures, we enclosed the drainage outlet area with a vinyl sheet and performed the cleaning without affecting the cleanliness level. At the ice-making factory, a situation arose where the freezer was unable to cool the brine (antifreeze) to the specified temperature, causing production to stop. We received a request from the company stating, "We had it cleaned by another company, but it was ineffective." Before cleaning, the copper tubes were completely obscured by crystallized calcium chloride, but after cleaning, we were able to remove the crystallized calcium chloride. The brine temperature was also able to drop below -13°C, and the current value of the brine pump improved to the same level as at the time of completion. S50C and other types of steel excel in strength and thermal conductivity, but they are vulnerable to rust and corrosion. Stainless steel is resistant to rust, but it has only about one-third the thermal conductivity of iron and half that of S55C. On the other hand, even in stainless steel, if there are regular iron parts in the cooling water channels, rust can occur there, leading to a phenomenon called "secondary rust," making it more susceptible to rust. Therefore, regular cleaning and maintenance are recommended. For parts that can be disassembled, dirt can be removed using ultrasonic cleaning and electrolysis.
