Wear-resistant coarse particle superhard alloy 'TS25' | Tokaroi
Achieving long tool life with our top-class corrosion resistance! "Coarse grain carbide" designed with a composition suitable for processing SPCC, suppressing adhesive wear of tools.
Tōkai Gokin's "TS25" is a specialized carbide alloy that combines "low bonding phase amount," "coarse grain WC," and "anti-seizing properties" necessary to suppress adhesive wear of tools in the processing of SPCC. With high resistance to adhesive wear, it is suitable as a tool material for processing SPCC materials and others. Compared to materials of the same hardness range that we handle, it achieves approximately a 40% reduction in wear, contributing to improved tool life and reduced maintenance costs. Additionally, it has excellent corrosion resistance, suppressing the ionization of the bonding phase. It can also prevent skin roughness (seizing damage) and quality deterioration associated with corrosion on the tool surface. 【Features】 ■ Composition design suitable for processing SPCC ■ Contributes to the long life of tools with excellent adhesive wear resistance ■ Among our products, it has top-class corrosion resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
