Metabolome analysis

We conduct simultaneous analysis of fatty acids, amino acids, nucleic acids, sugars, and more! *You can also view analysis examples in the materials.

We perform methylation, oximation, and trimethylsilylation reactions on samples to derivatize them for GC/MS analysis. By comprehensively analyzing low molecular weight metabolites such as sugars, amino acids, fatty acids, and polyphenols in food, it is possible to clarify the state and characteristics of the food. Additionally, by simultaneously detecting and comparing numerous components, we can identify differences between samples. This allows for efficient verification of materials and processing methods. 【Metabolite Analysis in Food】 ■ Monitoring of specific metabolites using standard compounds (target analysis) ■ Monitoring of detectable metabolites (non-target analysis) ■ Other analytical proposals based on requests *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[AICFD] AI Predictive Analysis of Cabin Comfort

Predict the flow field and maximum velocity when the airflow velocity at the air conditioning outlet (inlet) is 2 m/s!

The comfort inside the vehicle is influenced by many factors based on environmental conditions such as the temperature of the airflow and the flow of air from the air conditioning. To create a more comfortable space for the people present, starting with the vehicle's air conditioning, it is necessary to evaluate the repeated design of the air conditioning vents and the thermal comfort and energy efficiency of the interior under various conditions at the conceptual design stage. This requires understanding the indoor conditions through simulations and pre-validation through numerous parameter studies, making the prediction of flow fields under specific conditions using AI technology effective. In this analysis, we evaluated the flow field and maximum velocity under specific conditions using the AI prediction function incorporated in AICFD. We also compared the results with those from conventional analyses to verify the effectiveness of the AI prediction function. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. [AIFEM] Analysis of Automotive Door Deflection

In AIFEM, you can easily check and evaluate local maxima and more!

The rigidity and strength of the door directly affect its reliability and also impact the airtightness of the passenger compartment. Therefore, it is important to analyze the structure and strength of the door to evaluate whether the maximum values of deformation and stress in specific directions are below the allowable limits. At the same time, the analysis of door sagging is also used to consider cost and lightweight design planning. This analysis is performed on a car door model to evaluate the stress applied to the door. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. DNA microarray

Comprehensive analysis of functional potential for the skin.

■Recommended for those with the following development challenges: Want to compare multiple material candidates at once and find strengths that differentiate from competitors. Want to investigate if there are unknown strengths in existing raw materials. Want to shorten the lead time for raw material development. Want to develop food ingredients as cosmetic raw materials. ■Evaluation Features: - In a single test, the functional potential of the test sample can be understood for approximately 180 genes related to skin function. - By using a three-dimensional cultured epidermal model, testing is possible even for poorly water-soluble substances. - Based on the results of the microarray and the purpose of data acquisition, we will propose evaluation systems (in vitro/human evaluation) to confirm in the next step. ■Test Overview: The test sample is applied to a three-dimensional cultured epidermal model or epidermal cells, and after culturing, RNA is collected. Gene expression analysis is performed using a one-color method with a DNA chip.

Theoretical Analysis of the Non-contact Transport Device "Float Chuck" Using Gas Vertical Jet Flow Method

Created a formula to theoretically elucidate the non-contact transport device "Float Chuck SA-C type" using a vertical gas jet method.

Non-contact transport device "Float Chuck SA-C type" theoretical calculation formula This formula is the theoretical calculation formula for the non-contact transport device "Float Chuck SA-C type" (patent) developed by Solar Research Institute Co., Ltd. Below is an overview of the "Float Chuck SA-C type." Additionally, the following assumptions are made: (1) The gap with the member is considered to be very small compared to the pad radius of the "Float Chuck SA-C type." Therefore, the flow can be approximated as one-dimensional flow. (2) The jet ejected from nozzle O either hits the cushion chamber wall or flows smoothly along the AB surface. In this case, it is estimated that secondary flow containing vortices occurs near point A and near the collision point C of the jet. However, these effects are ignored in this analysis. (3) The compressibility of the flow in the jet and within the pad is neglected.
