At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we used a welding machine to fabricate arms from cut plastic resin materials. = Useful Information = For semiconductor-related products, many PVC (polyvinyl chloride) processed items often have conditions that are stricter than the drawings, requiring considerable discussions. Additionally, while they have high chemical resistance and low heat resistance, they are inexpensive and can be both glued and welded, making them widely used for safety covers and construction piping materials. Our company uses a welding machine (Fuji Impulse) to apply heat to materials such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PP (polypropylene), and PE (polyethylene), melting the welding rod while welding.
