We would like to introduce a case study of a major chemical film manufacturing factory that implemented the "Special Film Cutting Circular Blade" from Kai Corporation. A circular blade was developed for slitting special films. This special film is thin, but very high quality was required for the cutting edge. Since the circular blade has edges sharpened on both sides all around, it is difficult to create a clean edge without chipping.
