Ultra-small vibrating sieve!
The W Stage is a super compact multifunctional block. Since it is a newly developed product, we welcome customer requests. No power supply is needed; it operates solely on air supply. Usage applications: 1. It can be used purely as a vibration block for powder alignment. 2. With the connection of a sieve attachment, it is optimal as a tabletop vibration sieve! It can be used as a vibrating sieve with sieves ranging from Φ100 to 200 [mm]. Install a collection bag or similar at the bottom of the sieve! This prevents contamination during the transition from the screen to the collection bag! Directly pour from the sieve into the collection bag! By attaching a funnel to the bottom of the sieve, one step in the powder transfer route is eliminated: sieve → tray (bag) → sample container. This also reduces powder scattering when transferring from the tray to the container! Sieve → funnel → sample container! During this process, vibrations are transmitted to the sample container, allowing the powder inside to align and be stored in a densely packed state. What seems like a simple task is actually made easy from a labor-intensive process!
