Large-scale Canning "Problem Solving Case Study Part 1"
Part 1 of Large-Scale Fabrication 'Problem-Solving Case Studies' featuring proposals for preventing 'rust transfer' through the differentiation of iron and stainless steel, as well as bulk order acceptance of drawings.
The nuclear-related company was looking for a firm with strong management that could differentiate between iron and stainless steel. Before production, we proposed conducting training for workers, establishing rules such as restricting access to the product to only those who have been trained, and cleaning the contact surfaces of sheet metal machines and the workbench before manufacturing. This was made possible by our strengths of having a large site and well-equipped facilities, allowing for the establishment of a dedicated stainless steel building and a well-organized quality control system. Additionally, we have case studies of heavy electrical manufacturers where we solved issues through a proposal for bulk order of drawings. [Case Summary] <Proposal for Stainless Steel Manufacturing Environment: Nuclear-Related Company> ■Concern: Looking for a company that can differentiate between iron and stainless steel ■Proposal Details: - Before production, conduct training for workers, implement rules such as restricting access to the product to only those who have been trained, and clean the contact surfaces of sheet metal machines and the workbench before manufacturing. ■Reason for Realization: Establishment of a dedicated stainless steel building and a well-organized quality control system. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
