Stainless steel black spacer with slotted round male and female screws, low-temperature black chrome treatment.
This is a stainless steel spacer treated with low-temperature black chrome. The matte black surface is ideal for optical devices that require anti-glare properties. With a film thickness of approximately 2μm and no variation in thickness distribution, it has corrosion resistance that is several tens of times greater than black dyeing. It has a cylindrical shape with male and female screw types, and the male screw side is slotted.
The low-temperature black chrome treatment offers excellent wear resistance, light-selective absorption, and thermal absorption, leading to increased demand in industries such as semiconductors, liquid crystal, and optical technology-related equipment.
Applications include semiconductor and liquid crystal manufacturing equipment, optical inspection equipment, top covers and diaphragm parts for high-end single-lens reflex digital cameras, and precision drive components such as LM guides and gears.
Standard film thickness: 5±2μm. Since there is no need to apply oil, it can be used in clean rooms.
