For those who want to enhance the release properties and fine shape conformity of nanoimprint molds.

Enhancing the release properties and improving the conformity to fine shapes for nanoimprint molds! Sample tests can be brought in.

The organic nano-thin film treatment technology "NANOS" can apply functional films that enhance water repellency, oil repellency, stain resistance (fingerprint resistance), and slip properties (dynamic friction coefficient) to metal and glass substrates such as stainless steel (SUS) and nickel (Ni) through spray treatment and vacuum deposition using a special fluoropolymer. The maximum temperature of the entire process is 80°C, resulting in minimal thermal impact on the substrate, and since it is colorless and transparent, it has little effect on optical properties. 【Examples of Use】 ■ Target: Molds for nanoimprinting ■ Purpose: Improve release properties and enhance conformity to fine shapes 【Features】 ○ Excellent water and oil repellency Pure water: over 110°; n-hexadecane: over 68° ○ Control of thin film thickness Spray treatment: 5–10nm (can be controlled in increments of 1nm) Vacuum deposition: 5–45nm (can be controlled in increments of 5nm) ○ Minimal impact on optical properties (colorless and transparent) ○ Low-temperature process Our surface treatment methods include both deposition and spray methods. You can specify the treatment method or leave it to us. Please feel free to consult with us! (Sales of the main machinery are subject to consultation)

Molybdenum disulfide coating

Low friction coefficient molybdenum disulfide coating. Provides lubrication. Improves wear resistance. For low-speed, high-load areas!

The molybdenum disulfide coating material we handle can be applied to various metals. The primary performance of the coating is derived from its low friction coefficient, which provides lubrication, but it also enhances wear resistance and corrosion resistance, among other benefits. Additionally, since molybdenum disulfide is a mineral, it has properties that make it strong against loads and chemicals. Therefore, it demonstrates its performance in high-load areas such as gears and shafts. This product is referred to as a dry lubrication film and has effects similar to those achieved with conventional greases and oils. While greases and oils generally provide higher lubrication performance, the dry lubrication film does not require replenishment like greases or oils. Due to its high performance and maintenance-free characteristics, it is widely used in automobiles, construction machinery, and industrial robots. The basic composition of the coating agent consists of a resin binder with molybdenum disulfide dispersed in it. Depending on the type of binder used, it is possible to alter the performance of the paint.

Functional Coating Agent FOC Series [Various Lineup Available]

The FOC series is a coating agent that selectively combines the advantages of organic and inorganic materials, allowing for the addition of new functions tailored to customer requirements.

Our company operates in the coating and fine chemicals business, conducting research and development, technical consulting, contract research, manufacturing and sales, and various evaluation tests for functional coatings, functional chemical raw materials, flame retardants, fireproof agents, and natural polymer-related technologies. "FOC" stands for "FECT Organic-modified-ceramic Coating," which signifies a hybrid of organic and inorganic materials. While conventional organic and inorganic paints have their representative advantages and disadvantages, as shown in the attached materials, the FOC series allows for the selection of the strengths of both organic and inorganic components, enabling the addition of new functions tailored to customer needs. It can be handled similarly to regular organic paints, and the coatings can accommodate a wide range of applications from on-site work to production line processes. Beyond the traditional passive functions of beautification and substrate protection, it is possible to combine functions that the coating film itself can actively exhibit. In the FOC series, you can select and combine functions from the functional table provided in the attached materials. We also offer a versatile lineup. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Transparent coating is possible! 'GD Coating' also has heat resistance.

There is a proven track record of coating glass to make it transparent without changing the refractive index! A surface coating with heat resistance up to 500°C.

"GD Coating" is a heat-resistant fluoropolymer coating that achieves strong adhesion and coverage by forming a chemical reaction layer through the fusion of composite processes. By integrating plating technology, painting technology, and metallurgy, it overcomes the challenges of conventional coatings (fluorine-based, ceramic-based, glass-based) to realize a thin film (40nm to about 1μm), transparency, pinhole-free quality, and heat resistance (500°C). The film forms an excellent single-layer membrane through reactions with the substrate, demonstrating superior performance (release properties, slip properties, non-stick properties, abrasion resistance, antibacterial properties, chemical and gas resistance, durability) compared to standard fluorine coatings. Additionally, due to its reaction technology, it can be applied to various materials (resins, rubber, glass) beyond metals. 【Features】 ■ Forms a chemical reaction layer through the fusion of composite processes ■ Achieves strong adhesion and coverage ■ Realizes a thin film (40nm to about 1μm), transparency, pinhole-free quality, and heat resistance (500°C) ■ Exhibits excellent performance ■ Applicable to various materials (resins, rubber, glass) beyond metals *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

I will also explain the contributions and challenges related to 5G and 6G, as well as the challenges in the use of fluororesins!

Communication devices include various items such as smartphones, tablets, and computers. One of the components that operates inside all these devices is the circuit board, which is an essential and important part for the functioning of all components. Moreover, with the advent of 5G and the move towards post-5G, communication is becoming more advanced, and just like various components, circuit boards are also required to evolve. One material that is expected to contribute to the performance improvement of communication circuit boards is "fluororesin." Here, we will briefly introduce why fluororesin is considered necessary as a next-generation communication circuit board, along with its reasons and technical challenges. *For detailed content of the article, please refer to the PDF. Introduction of pet-friendly non-slip matte UV floor coating system.

UV + matte finish + anti-slip: A one-of-a-kind technology that has never existed before. Target audience: Those who are starting a new floor coating business or those who have already started one.

- Things You Can Do for Your Beloved Dog - It is said that 70% of the causes of intervertebral disc herniation, patellar luxation, and fractures are due to slippery floors indoors. A safe environment where your dog can run freely. A new UV floor coating has been developed with a matte finish that highlights the texture of wood, and is non-VOC, making it gentle on both people and pets, as well as the environment. - The Reason for the Popularity of Matte Finishes Now - The matte finish is perfect for natural Scandinavian furniture and interiors. It preserves the natural texture of wood, such as solid flooring. Unlike traditional high-gloss coatings, dirt does not stand out. It is compatible with various flooring types, including P tiles, and most floor materials. - High Grip, Durability, Stain Resistance, Chemical Resistance - The Tokotoko One Coat is designed to grip with both your pet's claws and paw pads. With a scratch resistance of 6H, it is strong against scratches, and stubborn dirt can be easily wiped away. Additionally, it has excellent chemical resistance and water repellency, preventing pet urine from soaking in. To ensure the health of babies and pets who are closer to the floor, it uses paint that completely eliminates volatile organic solvents.
