The "ULTRON HF-ODS" is an ODS monolithic silica capillary column (USP L1) with a hierarchical porous structure, chemically bonded with C18 groups. The well-balanced hydrophilic/hydrophobic C18 modification suppresses dewetting, allowing for high reproducibility in water-rich mobile phase systems used in bioanalysis. Two types of columns are available: full end-capping and non-end-capping. "ULTRON HF-Phenyl" is a monolithic capillary column (USP L11) that chemically bonds low-adsorption phenyl groups to monolithic silica with a hierarchical porous structure. It can also be used for intact protein analysis via LC/MS. Mild low-temperature and low-pressure analysis can suppress protein denaturation. Due to the π-electron interactions of the phenyl groups, different separation patterns can be obtained compared to ODS columns and C4 columns.
