High current piezo actuator driver
A large piezo actuator can be driven at high speed. A 10 µF piezo actuator can be driven up to 150 V in 10 µsec. The repetition frequency can be up to 400 Hz.
We have developed a voice coil type linear motor (VCM) suitable for positioning with a movement distance of several tens of millimeters for high-speed movement and ultra-precise positioning.
