We would like to introduce a case of switching from mercury lamps to LED lighting on the first floor of a customer's warehouse in the general machinery industry. Mercury lamps required 5 to 10 minutes to light up due to aging deterioration, and if accidentally turned off, it was necessary to wait for the main unit's temperature to drop sufficiently before relighting, which posed significant challenges in terms of convenience and work efficiency. LEDs can be turned on and off instantly, eliminating the stress of lighting operations and significantly improving work efficiency. We would like to introduce a case study of a project where we replaced fluorescent lights with LED lighting for a customer in the general machinery industry. The customer consulted us about wanting to change the office lighting to LED and expressed a desire for a proposal that would lead to long-term total cost reduction along with the lighting update. With the "2027 Fluorescent Lamp Problem," which will fully prohibit the manufacturing and import/export of fluorescent lamps by 2027, the transition to LED lighting has become an important issue. We introduced LED lighting with a higher brightness of approximately 4,000 lumens, replacing the conventional fluorescent lamps (approximately 3,200 lumens). In this case, the factory had mercury lamps and fluorescent lights installed, and due to aging deterioration, they were considering switching to LED lighting.
