A silver paste that allows low-temperature firing at 370 to 400°C. Suitable for external electrodes for all-solid-state batteries and wiring electrodes on ceramic and glass substrates for various passive components.
New Release!
The "Micromax 8375" is a silver paste that allows for the formation of wiring electrodes and terminal electrodes through low-temperature firing at 370-400°C, suitable for applications where high-temperature processes cannot be applied.
It can be applied using screen printing and dip processes, and plating is possible after firing.
It is a green product with low environmental impact, being lead-free*, cadmium-free*, and phthalate-free*.
*“Lead-free,” “cadmium-free,” and “phthalate-free” mean that lead, cadmium, and phthalates are not intentionally added, although trace amounts may be present as impurities.
- Sheet resistance (film thickness 10um): ≦10.0 mohm/sq.
- Viscosity (10rpm @ 25°C): 60 – 75 Pa.s
