In vivo transfection reagent AteloGene(R)

A transfection reagent that has a sustained release property, allows for local or systemic administration, and has minimal background fluctuations in gene expression.

AteloGene(R) is an in vivo siRNA/miRNA introduction kit that forms a complex suitable for introduction into the body by mixing atelocollagen as the main component with nucleic acids at appropriate concentrations and ratios. By complexing, it suppresses the degradation of nucleic acids by nucleic acid-degrading enzymes, allowing for efficient introduction into the cells of tissues in vivo. 【Features】 ■ Forms a complex with nucleic acids, protecting them from degradation ■ Suppresses immune responses to double-stranded RNA ■ Minimal gene expression fluctuations due to toxicity, with clear nucleic acid introduction effects ■ Options for "Local Use," which releases nucleic acids from the gel, and "Systemic Use," which delivers without forming a gel ■ AteloGene(R) Local Use "Quick Gelation" improves gelation speed, introduction efficiency, and convenience compared to conventional products *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Simple screening reagent "TTC solution"

Established a simple and rapid screening method (TTC method) for E. faecalis and E. faecium!

The "TTC solution" is a simple screening reagent that establishes a rapid screening method (TTC method) for E. faecalis and E. faecium using the reduction ability of 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC). TTC is originally white, but in physiologically active tissues, it is reduced by dehydrogenase enzymes to form an insoluble red compound called TPF (1,3,5-triphenylformazan). However, no color change occurs in tissues that lack activity. Various enzymes are involved in the reduction of TTC to TPF, including succinate dehydrogenase and flavin enzymes from the electron transport chain. 【Usage Instructions】 1. Collect one colony of bacteria grown on sheep blood agar at 37°C for 24 hours using a sterile swab. 2. Add 1-2 drops of TTC solution to the sterile swab that collected the colony. 3. Let it sit at room temperature for 2 minutes. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Influenza virus-related reagents

Sino Biological's influenza virus research reagents

The influenza virus is an RNA virus that causes acute respiratory diseases and outbreaks in human populations due to its strong infectivity. According to the WHO, influenza results in approximately 1 billion infections and about 290,000 to 650,000 deaths worldwide each year. Vaccination is the most effective strategy to prevent influenza virus infection and its severe complications. However, the influenza virus is prone to mutation, and the circulating strains vary from year to year. Each year, vaccine manufacturers develop and produce influenza vaccines based on the strains recommended by the WHO. Our company provides comprehensive influenza vaccine development services and production solutions to vaccine manufacturers. We offer a wide range of research reagents for influenza viruses, including influenza vaccine antigens, antibody pairs, neutralizing antibodies, and kits. Additionally, we provide high-quality technical services such as kit development, antigen expression, and antibody development. These products and services are suitable for various vaccine development scenarios, including screening of vaccine candidate strains, preparation of virus seed batches, evaluation of vaccine safety and immunogenicity, and assessment of vaccine protective effects.
