【Pinch Valve Technical Information】Structure of the Pinch Valve
Introducing the structure of a pinch valve suitable for use in medical and analytical equipment!
The "pinch valve" is a valve that controls the flow of fluid by moving a metal rod called a plunger when voltage is applied, which in turn moves a tube holder to open and close the tube. Since this product only has contact with the tube, the tube can be replaced. This allows for the flow path to be kept clean at all times and prevents cross-contamination, making it suitable for use in medical and analytical equipment. Additionally, it can be used for liquids mixed with solid particles (slurries), which are difficult to handle with diaphragm valves. Furthermore, it has the advantages of low pressure loss and minimal occurrence of liquid pooling. 【Features】 ■ Tubes can be replaced ■ Keeps the flow path clean at all times ■ Prevents cross-contamination ■ Usable for liquids mixed with solid particles (slurries) ■ Low pressure loss ■ Minimal occurrence of liquid pooling *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
