PBM ball valves offer solutions for customers facing issues such as sticking and contamination caused by liquid accumulation in dead zones.

PBM's ball valves are products that feature "sealability on the primary side" and "floating ball (supported on one axis)." By enabling fluid sealing on the primary side, we add the following functions 1) to 3) to solve the issues of sticking and contamination caused by liquid accumulation, which are specific to ball valves. 1) Irregularly shaped ball When the valve is open: Double sealing on the primary and secondary sides. When the valve is closed: Only the primary side is sealed, creating a gap between the secondary side sealing area and the irregularly shaped ball, allowing for the injection of cleaning agents or steam from the cleaning port to wash the secondary side. 2) Self-cleaning When the valve is open: There is a circulation port on the ball separate from the main port, allowing fluid to enter throughout the valve, eliminating areas of liquid accumulation. When the valve is closed: Double sealing on the primary and secondary sides. 3) Cavity filler By pre-sealing the liquid accumulation area with resin, we prevent liquid accumulation. *This is optimal for conveying only powder. 4) Improved sealing through tightening PBM's unique adjustable seal technology (Adjust-O-Seal) allows for the tightening of flange bolts, improving sealability and extending lifespan.
