The manifold valve born from a new concept.
<Features>
1. There are various types of 2-valve, 3-valve, and 5-valve manifolds for Fujikin instrumentation.
2. The 2-valve manifold is designed for static pressure and level gauges, while the 3-valve and 5-valve manifolds are designed for differential pressure.
3. The flow within the manifold is controlled by stainless steel stop valves.
4. Each valve has different functions—pressure venting, venting, and equalization—depending on its position on the manifold. All these functions are controlled by two stop valves: a small bonnet stop valve (manifold orifice diameter: 3.2 mm) and a large bonnet stop valve (manifold orifice diameter: 4 mm).
5. End connections include 1/2 NPT male thread type and instrument mounting side MSS flange type.
6. The bonnet is secured to the body by a lock plate to prevent loosening.
7. The gland packing material is PTFE. (A graphite packing type is also available as an option.)
8. To identify the valves, they are color-coded according to their functions.
