When closed, the valve body reaches the closed position, after which the seat expands to ensure a reliable seal. When opened, the seat contracts before the valve body opens. The material has low granulation formation and wear, maintaining initial sealing performance over a long period. It offers various advantages, especially for materials with high wear resistance, low thermal properties, and applications requiring high sealing performance in air transport lines.
