Sanitary tank valve ASEPCO
Due to the clamp assembly method, the labor cost for diaphragm replacement is reduced by approximately 80%! This is a Watson-Marlow product!
Watson-Marlow's ASEPCO diaphragm valves are designed for sanitary applications. Due to their ease of handling, they are widely adopted in biopharmaceutical manufacturing lines around the world, particularly in North America. The main features of the ASEPCO diaphragm valves are as follows: 1) Sanitary design. The assembly of the actuator and body uses a clamp method. Since no bolts are used, tools are not required for disassembly and reassembly, such as when replacing the diaphragm. There are examples where maintenance time has been reduced by approximately 80% compared to bolt-type valves. 2) The diaphragm material can be selected from eight types, including EPDM and PTFE. These materials can be chosen according to the customer's operating environment and application. The temperature range accommodates a wide spectrum from -51°C to a maximum of 260°C. Additionally, the stainless steel wetted parts are standardly equivalent to SUS316L. 3) Customization is also possible. We provide products that meet the specifications of the manufacturing line, including connection sizes and steam ports for SIP.
