In this division, we provide high-precision processed components, covering everything from material procurement, which was traditionally handled by our customers, to the primary processing of steel cutting. The maximum processing size for shaped steel is 400A for pipe steel and 300mm x 300mm for square pipe steel. The maximum processing length is 12M, making it a very rare large-scale facility, and the laser output is also powerful at 4kW. There was a period when there was a rapid increase in inquiries from major steel companies and large general contractors regarding the installation of new products with large designs and sophisticated patterns in ultra-high-rise buildings, JR stations, and the metropolitan expressway in Tokyo.
