We performed fine processing assuming nozzles made of fibers and resins, and we would like to introduce the results. In the prototype, we focused on: 1. Innovations during the chucking stage to prevent distortion due to the finished dimensions of φ150mm × 3.15mm, which is quite thin. 2. Innovations during the processing stage to minimize distortion caused by cutting resistance.
