We would like to introduce our processing sample for industrial products, "Electrostatic Coating Stripping." This sample involves the removal of paint from masked areas using laser stripping. In a typical masking process, costs can accumulate due to tape, jigs, installation, and removal, but with laser marker stripping, processing can be done using only jigs and specific data. Additionally, alignment below 0.1 millimeters and handling of difficult masking areas are possible, allowing for 360° stripping of cylindrical parts as well. [Case Study] Custom Pitch Test Tube Rack for Heat Resistance Height Testing

0.4mm coated with a nylon that is heat-resistant up to 110°C! A case that used crimped wire mesh welding.

The customer requested a coating with thickness and elasticity that would not damage the workpieces, as there are various heights and pitches for the test tubes. To respond to each pitch, we used crimped wire mesh and welded wire mesh. We cut the stainless steel plate for the wire mesh frame using laser processing and aligned the wire mesh for welding. For height adjustment, we used stainless steel round bars.
