The AMP-304C is an advanced 4-axis motion controller card with a PCI Express interface, capable of generating pulse trains up to 9.99MHz to control motors. Not only is it more versatile, but with dedicated I/O, functional logic selection switches, and 4-channel encoder feedback inputs, the AMP-304C can be used in many scenarios and applications.
As a motion controller, the AMP-304C covers all the functions of the AMP-104C, providing asymmetric speed profile settings for T-curves and S-curves, options for stopping methods, and on-the-fly speed changes. It also supports linear, circular, and helical interpolation for any 2-4 axes, 13 types of home return modes, backlash compensation, and vibration suppression.
It features a highly flexible position comparison trigger function and a position latch function. The trigger function includes 16-channel output with 4-channel dedicated output that allows voltage selection via onboard jumpers, while the position latch function can be implemented with 12-channel input.
