Through the micro-particle precision shot peening "OX-FSP" and the oxo special polishing process "OX-Polish," it is possible to simultaneously achieve "fatigue strength enhancement" and "low friction characteristics," enabling the formation of OXO's unique plateau structure (special dimples). Typically, plateau structures formed by machining allow oil to escape along cutting marks during sliding. However, by forming tiny depressions through "OX-FSP treatment" and polishing the protruding parts with "OX-Polish," we create oil reservoirs and produce a surface with excellent oil film retention. Additionally, the surface exhibits high hardness, high compressive stress, and low friction properties. The "Geomet treatment coating" is a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating that withstands temperatures of over 200°C. It is a water-soluble, environmentally friendly, completely chrome-free rust prevention coating and heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant surface treatment. The main component of Geomet, zinc, provides sacrificial corrosion protection, making it resistant to rust even if the coating is scratched by flying stones, and it achieves high corrosion and heat resistance with a thin film (approximately 10μm).
