Collaborative Robot Demo Introduction

Introducing various demo contents! It can be applied to remote shooting systems and more.

We would like to introduce the demonstration of the "collaborative robot." A demo was conducted to operate the robot using an external device. The UR5e was controlled with a game console controller. In the demo of contact position correction using a force sensor, position correction was achieved without using a vision sensor. Additionally, the 3D-shaped workpieces were compatible with G-code. This made it suitable for teaching applications such as coating, sealing, deburring, and welding. A live demonstration of the vision system combined with the collaborative robot was also conducted. Object recognition using a 2.5D camera, an introduction to our vibrating parts feeder, and position correction using landmarks were performed.
