Migrate existing assets to another data format and promote reuse!
We provide support services to migrate existing assets such as manuals, internal technical documents, study reference books, and teaching materials into different data formats, promoting reuse. We will incorporate methods and costs for converting a large number of DTP files, such as those from InDesign, into markup formats like XML or HTML into the work plan. We will validate the reuse of the converted XML or HTML data into PDFs, websites, tablet materials, and smartphone applications with actual data.

By borrowing DTP samples, we will define input and output, consider the migration schedule, and document it as a plan.
2. Creation of DTP data migration procedure documentation
We will document the processes, migration tools, and procedures for migrating from DTP to XML or HTML.
3. Support for content reuse after DTP (automatic typesetting, HTML output, etc.)
After migrating from DTP to XML or HTML, we will conduct interviews to understand the output media and devices to be used, and select the most suitable tools or middleware according to the purpose. We will also define the requirements for stylesheets.
