We would like to introduce a case study of our air-driven diaphragm pump, the "One Nut Pump." ★Target Client: Automobile Door Mirror Manufacturers Automotive parts manufacturers use the "One Nut Pump" to transfer paint, primer, base coat, and lacquer from tanks to automatic spraying robot mechanisms. The pump draws from a 1-meter drum and pumps through a discharge head of about 5 meters. Since it is necessary to clean the system each time when changing the transferred paint from one color to another, disassembly and cleaning are performed several times a day.
