The "UDP Series" is a color sorting machine designed to detect foreign substances in pharmaceuticals, chemical materials, powdered foods, etc., down to a size of 25μm. A full-color 3CCD camera detects defective products and foreign substances from both the front and back. Raw materials naturally fall on a stainless steel flat chute, allowing for the sorting of various shapes and sizes of materials. The "UDH-D/SVH PLT Series" is a color sorting machine for resin pellets that allows for easy operation via a liquid crystal touch panel. A high-speed conveyor belt supplies the raw materials to the inspection section with a camera at a constant speed, regardless of the shape of the materials.
